Your challenges

What makes internal communication demanding in your sector.

01

Ever-changing regulations

New procedures, compliance obligations, changes to cover: everyone must be informed in time, and you must be able to prove it.

02

Dispersed networks

Head offices, branches, advisers and field experts: the same information must reach audiences working at very different rhythms.

03

A sector in transformation

Mergers, new organisations, digital transformation: change needs to be explained, not just announced.

What our clients in the sector do

The most common uses.

Regulatory information

Send a new procedure with read receipts, and know exactly who has read it.

Cybersecurity awareness

Pop-ups on workstations, anti-phishing campaigns and quizzes, for employees who handle sensitive data.

Network engagement

Share results, best practices and new products with branches and sales teams.

Change management

Explain a merger or reorganisation step by step, and measure buy-in.

Listening to teams

Employee barometers and anonymous surveys, with results presented by entity.

Consistent signatures

A consistent image in every email sent to members, policyholders and partners.

Example

A new compliance procedure to roll out before a deadline.

D−15

The compliance department publishes the procedure

EmailIntranet

Message targeted at the employees concerned, with the reference document and mandatory reading.

A pop-up so nobody misses it

Pop-up

Employees in branches and at head office see it when they start their computer.

D−7

Reminders for non-readers and a quiz

D

The list of read receipts is ready

Frequently asked questions

Questions from the sector.

Where is the data hosted?

In Europe, on Google Cloud infrastructure, with data encryption. We provide the documentation your IT department and data protection officer need for their assessment.

Can we prove that information has been read?

Yes. The read receipt records each recipient's confirmation, and you have a delivery record by entity and by department. This record can be exported for your compliance files.

Is the platform compatible with our security requirements?

Hosting in Europe, encryption, SSO sign-in, permissions by scope: we answer your security questionnaires and provide the documentation your IT department needs for its assessment.

Can we manage several entities or brands?

Yes. Each entity can have its own communicators, audiences and email signature, within the same platform.

How does data reversibility work at the end of the contract?

Your data is returned to you in a usable format, then deleted, and you receive a certificate of destruction.
