Do you provide documentation for our security assessment?
Yes. We answer your security questionnaires and provide the technical and contractual documentation your IT department and data protection officer need for their assessment.
What personal data is processed?
The directory data needed for delivery (name, work contact details, entity, site, job), the mobile number if you use SMS, and reading and response statistics.
Who at We Advocacy can access our data?
Only the team members who need it for support and maintenance, with named access.
Is the data used to train AI models?
No. Your content and your data are not used to train AI models.
What happens in the event of a security incident?
You are informed within the timeframes set by the GDPR and our data processing agreement, with the information you need for your own notification if required.
