Sector · Agricultural cooperatives

From head office to the silo, even at the height of harvest.

Grain collection, supplies, stores, plants, technicians on farms: a cooperative's employees are spread across a whole territory, and few of them sit in front of a screen. We Advocacy brings head office information to wherever they are.

Your challenges

What makes communication in a cooperative unique.

01

Teams spread across a whole territory

Grain silos, supply depots, stores, processing plants: dozens of sites, often in rural areas, far from head office.

02

Seasonal activity peaks

Harvest, grain collection, supply campaigns: seasonal workers to onboard quickly, changing hours, information that has to keep up day by day.

03

A cooperative model to bring to life

Results, projects, subsidiaries, mergers: everyone needs to understand where the cooperative is heading and see themselves in it, from head office to the most remote site.

What cooperatives do with We Advocacy

Frequently asked questions

Questions from cooperatives.

How do we give seasonal workers access?

As soon as they appear in your HRIS or directory, they receive their access by SMS, or sign in by scanning a QR code. When their contract ends, access is removed automatically by the synchronisation.

What happens in areas with poor network coverage?

SMS works without a data connection and arrives as soon as the phone picks up the mobile network. App notifications appear when the phone reconnects. For an urgent message, we therefore recommend combining the two.

Can we target a site, a job or a subsidiary?

Yes. Your directory attributes (site, job, entity, subsidiary) are used to target each message and to read results by population.

Can we communicate in several languages with seasonal workers?

Yes, with the translation add-on: each employee receives the content in their language, without entering it twice.

How long to equip every site?

Once the directory is connected, every site receives its access within minutes. The real lead time is change support: briefing site managers so they relay the approach to their teams.
